Refund / Replacement / Cancellation / Exchange Policy

Refund

We have a straight forward refund policy.
If you are not satisfied with the product then you can simply ask for full refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Exclusion : Refund policy is not applicable on progressive & prescription eyeglasses.

replacement

Just in case if you notice that eyeglasses have any manufacturing defect then just inform us within 7 days and as a replacement, we will send you a fresh piece of the same model that you had ordered originally.
Exclusion : Replacement will not be provided if we believe that the damage was induced by the customer.

exchange

Eyewear can be exchanged for just any reason. In case there is price difference between the two models then the debit/ credit adjustment shall be made and amount will be transferred.
Exclusion : Exchange will not be provided against customer induced damage due to mishandling.

Cancellation

You can cancel the order anytime before it is dispatched and refund will be issued within 24 hours. However once the item is dispatched then you can only return after receiving it. Order cancellation will not be done while it is in transit.

Reverse transit cost will be borne by the customer in case of return / exchange / replacement.
