1. Your order will remain protected under our 7 days free easy replacement & exchange policy. Although all our products are mechanically & manually tested for quality & durability but in a very rare case if you find them defective or damaged, may simply ask for replacement or exchange.
2. All Zebriana eyeglasses are covered under 30 days warranty.
3. Information regarding manufacturing defect or any other type of dissatisfaction should be brought to our notice via Email within 24 hours from time delivery at buyer’s premises.
4. We carefully incorporate the appropriate lenses as per the prescription details provided by the buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide the accurate & latest eye prescription. Free replacement/ exchange will not be provided if you later realize that the prescription details that you provided to us were not appropriate. This may attract lens charges & handling fees.
5. We promise to repair any repairable issue with the eyeglasses that arises within the said warranty period.
6. Any damage due to inappropriate handling, improper maintenance or tampering are not covered under warranty.
7. We may refuse to provide replacement or exchange if it is concluded that the item has damaged because of buyer’s mishandling or fault.
8. Dispatch the item(s) back to our distribution center within 48 hours of intimation. Courier tracking number or Airway Bill Number should be shared with us as soon as possible.
9. You will be asked to choose any other product if the same item that you ordered is not in stock.
10. Any misconduct or misbehavior with our representatives would lead to cancellation of the warranty and support.
11. Due to the lighting conditions at the time of photo-shoot, the color shade of eyeglasses/ lenses may slightly vary from the actual color shade.
12. No refund will be provided in any case but replacement & exchange are welcome.
13. Maximum times any purchased product will be entitled for replacement or exchange is twice and the transit cost incurred to send the glasses back to our distribution center shall be borne by the customer.
14. It is sole responsibility of the customer to provide full shipping address with landmark and alternate phone number. No cancellation is allowed in case of delay due to address related issues and Parcel will be dispatched again in case it gets returned/ undelivered due to any aforementioned reasons.
15. Do track the consignment and inform us immediately if the first delivery attempt gets failed or item takes more than 4 days in transit. Our back-end team instantly will get in touch with the logistics partner to get it delivered at the earliest.
16. Cancellation can be made anytime before they are processed (usually within 10 hours from the time of order).
