COVID Lockdown Notification

Short Summary: We tried to send some articles through courier/ speed post but they seem to be stuck in midway as logistic services are disrupted. So as of now, we feel it is best to temporarily hold the shipments. We are keeping an eye on all lock down notifications. Please read the full Covid notice below:-

Dear Customer,

First of all thanks for considering Zebriana® for your eye protection needs.

As we all are aware that our country & the whole world is going through a tough time due to corona pandemic , this has impacted all of us.

In order to prevent the virus spread, Government of India decided to impose a nationwide lock down. As a result we are unable to process the eyeglasses because our employees are unable to commute due to transport problem. Although some relaxations have been provided but on ground level they are really not enough for smooth operations.

We are extremely concerned about the health & safety of our employees and not compelling them to come to the office. Moreover courier companies are also facing issues as they have a lot of backlog. This is causing unusual delays in transit.

Our management has decided to temporarily pause the work for a time being in order to avoid the above mentioned issue but will continue to accept the orders.

Customers with pending orders will receive an SMS/ Email notification once we resume the business operations.

We seek for your understanding in this difficult time. 🙏

Commuting is still a challenge for the employees as local buses are running with very low capacity and metro rail is shut. We feel it is best to wait for some more time to avoid problems.
